Stone Island has definitely been through a lot of ups and downs since its debut in the 1980s, especially with regards to its originality and reputation as a clothesline. As a partner of CP Company and under the leadership of Massimo Osti, you can already see the similarity in style and concept in the outerwear, shirts, sweaters, etc. One of the unique qualities so far that I’ve seen about Stone Island is its use of nylon material to create a metal effect. The brand still equips functionality and style together, which I find very admirable since they have managed to pull it off so well. Though the brand was handled for 10 years by Middlesbrough’s Paul Harvey, it only began shining once again when it was returned to the Italian designers and is still going strong.
So far Stone Island falls completely under men’s apparel as most of the designs are masculine, so this could be a good brand to go for when looking for good outfits for the male members of the family. There are a lot of designs and styles to choose, from hand-painted camouflage to Raso Gommato, which is a water resistant cotton satin fabric used specifically for the military. Stone Island also has an attractive line of men’s accessories and so far, all of them live up to the standards of Italian fashion.
Stone Island has much to be proud of and is still continuing its progress for ultimate perfection. You can expect a lot of this brand this coming fall and winter seasons.

I’ve always been a big fan for Hugo Boss and have seen them constantly on television with ads on their latest perfume or clothing apparel for men and women. The elegancy, excellent quality, and even the simplicity that their styles exude are proof enough of their status as one of the best and respectable brands in the fashion industry.
The famous fragrance and clothing label began in 1923 at Metzingen, Germany. Famous Hugo Ferdinand Boss founded Hugo Boss and is now a worldwide selling brand for both male and female apparel as well as accessories and perfume. Though the brand first started out as a male businesswear line in the 1970s, it is now expanding to cover other fashion segments and has divided into Hugo Boss Black for businesswear, Hugo Boss Orange for casualwear, and Hugo Boss Green for performance sportswear for both men and women who are looking out for excellent and upper-class craftsmanship and quality materials.
The success of Hugo Boss can already be seen by its three factions of clothing apparel. They have opened their doors to other styles of clothing and placed them under interesting labels such as Boss Green and Boss Orange in order to notify everyone of their progress as a fashion brand. What’s more, Hugo Boss is now for both men and women and are excelling quite well in the women’s department. In my opinion this will definitely attract more and more customers now that the company is opening its doors to women’s fashion as well.
